Notwithstanding the statutory rights of any consumer with regard to the purchase or use of our Gift Cards or the subsequent goods and/or services purchased with, these are the terms and conditions of use of The Hair Room Gift Card. ABN 848 656 540 61

1. Present this Gift Card to The Hair Room and have the desired value loaded onto the Gift Card, and retain receipt as proof of purchase. Note: A $2.95 administration charge is payable on the first issue of a Gift Card. This Gift Card should be treated like cash, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. This Gift Card is only redeemable for hair & beauty services and/or purchases from The Hair Room. The card cannot be redeemed for cash or used to withdraw cash at an ATM or EFTPOS facility.
2. All redemptions must be completed within 12 months of the date of purchase of the Gift Card. Gift Cards are partially redeemable, any unused balance existing after the card expires will not be refunded or credited, nor will any compensation be provided. Any unused value after the expiry date will become the property of The Hair Room. The expiry date is noted on the card wallet and provision is made for you to enter the expiry date on the back of the card for your own reference.
3. When the cost of redemption exceeds the Gift Card balance, the cardholder will be required to pay the difference between the purchase amount and the Gift Card balance.
4. The Hair Room reserves the right to cancel any Gift Card or the Gift Card program for any reason, at any time, without notice. In these circumstances, The Hair Room may either provide a refund or a replacement Gift Card of equivalent value unless it reasonably suspects fraud in relation to a Gift Card. The card remains the property of The Hair Room. The Hair Room may vary these terms and conditions from time to time by having a notice within The Hair Room no less than 30 days before any changes take place.
5. Gift Cards which are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way, will be void and no balance will be redeemable. The Hair Room may subject Gift Cards to verification and security checks in it’s absolute discretion and is not liable for the availability, quality or fitness for purpose of any goods or services redeemed with the Gift Card. Disputes about the redeemed goods or services or errors in transactions must be resolved at for a refund, salon credit or replacement, this must be done in accordance with The Hair Room terms and conditions.
6. On accepting The Hair Room Gift Card the client agrees to all the mentioned Terms & Conditions.
7. The promoter of The Hair Room Gift Card is The Hair Room which is located at 1/102 Commercial Road, Newstead Qld 4006.
